Monthly Networking Luncheon Event – 12/1/25
The Carroll Business Network meets on the first Monday of every month at Tony’s Japanese Restaurant in Sykesville from 12:00pm-1:30pm, with postponement dates in case of Federal holidays. Registration is completed via the event web portal.

December 1st, 2025, featuring our annual Holiday Gift Exchange! Pre-purchasing your lunch fee is $22 Purchasing your lunch fee at the door is $25.
This Holiday Season, let’s all celebrate together with a White Owl Gift Exchange, which is like a White Elephant Gift Exchange, except we like Owls… If you would like to participate in the merriment, please come bearing a WRAPPED gift valued at around $20-$25. We will do a business card drawing for the order of the gift exchange. The First player, selects a gift, and opens it. The other players can choose to either pick a wrapped gift and open it, or choose an unwrapped gift and STEAL it from someone else. Gifts can only be stolen ONCE per turn. Gifts can no longer be stolen after the THIRD time it is stolen. After everyone has had a turn, the FIRST player gets an chance to SWAP their gift with any of the other gifts, and then the person they swapped with can then swap with someone else, etc… until someone is happy with where they are at!
This event includes Lunch.

The Carroll Business Network is an evolution of the Carroll Marketing Group which was started ten years ago by Amy Giannakoulious, co-owner of Trembling Giant Marketing, as a way to connect local small business leaders and expand inter-community business relationships. The core goals of the organization are networking, education, and community. Each lunch event emphasizes an open-door policy and warm atmosphere to bring together businesses in the shared goals of professional excellence.
