He also served as Vice President of Sales for various small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S., France, and Israel. His impressive clientele ranged from the White House and major broadcasters to universities and Fortune 500 companies, spanning hundreds of markets and thousands of applications. Under his leadership, Phil and his teams have generated career sales exceeding $1.5 billion. He takes great pride in the diversity of his sales organizations and their high employee retention rates. After retiring from the corporate world, Phil launched BeenThere Consulting Services, LLC, a firm dedicated to sales coaching. Leveraging his extensive experience, Phil helps businesses and individuals improve and grow through one-to-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, and motivational speaking.
