Rich Austin has been the co-owner of Trembling Giant Marketing, LLC for over 11 years. He provides branding, creative, and marketing analysis and creative messaging and design for small business owners, and has supported hundreds of small business owners in our community and surrounding areas. In collaboration with his business partner, Amy Giannakoulias, Rich has been the creative director and designer behind the majority of advertisements in their flagship publication, My County Direct®. Design, messaging, and branding has been Rich’s profession since before he graduated High School. He brings his almost 30 years of daily professional expertise and training to the table when he shares his knowledge about effective branding and communications.

At this luncheon event, Rich will be discussing how to figure out who exactly your audience is. You will learn about the information, demographics and psychographics, you need to identify who you should be targeting as a customer for your business. Learn about how to get the information you need to define who your audience is or where they are. And gain an understanding of the importance of knowing your audience and how that is applied to your marketing, communications, and customer interactions. Educational and interactive handouts will be provided.
